Nationwide sports servicing
Sportsafe sells, installs and services sports and fitness equipment across the UK.We have more than 11,000 customers, including sports centres and private schools, and service contracts with over 64 county councils, police and fire authorities nationwide. All our engineers are trained to exceptionally high standards, and we cover the furthest reaches of the UK, operating from Shetland to the south coast.
Bespoke sports service
We offer a full design, manufacture and installation service, tailored to suit your specific requirements. Our experienced and qualified engineers can advise you on all aspects of the equipment and its installation. We manufacture most of the equipment we install. It’s all bespoke, because few sports halls are identical.
We also manufacture and install equipment for most of the largest companies in the industry, as well as carrying out safety inspections and servicing PE and fitness equipment under their names.

Sports installations
We install in sports halls, gymnasiums and fitness rooms, including:
- basketball goals
- cricket netting
- climbing frames
- five-a-side rebound boards
- sports flooring solutions (sockets, sports surfaces and court marking)
We also carry out refurbishment and repairs to existing equipment.
We have installed equipment at sites which include:
- the National Sports Centre on the Isle of Man
- Guildford Grammar School
- Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club
Growth, monitoring and internal investment
Sportsafe started in Great Horkesley, in Essex, in 1996, and now employs 40 people in Colchester, and has premises in Nottingham, Fort William, Manchester and Surrey.
Our growth has been achieved by monitoring the services we offer to our clients, investing in training and development for our staff and forming strategic partnerships to complement our services.
