Credit Cards are processed through our office
Credit card purchases can be made via our Accounts Office, please quote Invoice or PO number.We may request further information to verify a purchasers identity before we deliver goods.
Payment/Ordering
Registered and Approved accounts will be invoiced (30 days net), otherwise full payment payment by credit card ,cash or cheque.
Returns and Refunds
No goods can be returned to Sportsafe UK Ltd for credit without prior permission, and as a result a 30% handling fee will be charged on unauthorised returns.For items that require collection a further amount will be charged for carriage, this is to be agreed at the time of arrangement. These terms do not apply if returns are held to be genuine and result of a particular complaint, as agreed by the purchaser & Sportsafe UK Ltd.In the event of a return query please email our customer services.
Delivery Information and Charges
Delivery charges apply to UK Mainland orders only. Delivery to UK Islands and International destinations will incur delivery charges based on weight and size.
Weights carriage will be charged per pallet where applicable and will be advised separately.
Delivery times vary according to product or service type.Usual delivery is 3 to 5 days on stock items. Where delivery or lead times are likely to exceed 7 to 10 days we will notify the customer.
Stock availability
Stock availability is not guaranteed, any information provided is a guide only.We make every effort to keep information up to date,our website does not relay stock availability an d is for information only.We will notify you promptly if an item that you have ordered is out of stock or has a delivery delay.
Ownership
All goods will remain the property of Sportsafe UK Ltd until the full payment has been received.
